“Not a bad site”

I have recently booked two tickets to America using Expedia and I have to say the process was rather simple and straightforward. I have used other travel agents in the past, with a few crashing out just when I'm about to book, or worse still once I've entered in my card details. We all know how your heart stops beating, hoping the transaction didn't go through, and never knowing whether to book again or not.

So far the experience has been good. I am not a fan of the way you have to search for a hotel. When I select a hotel I would like to see all the details on one page, without having the multiple tabs they currently do, and the lack of images on display is a bit off putting. Apart from that, I would definitely recommend Expedia to anyone.
