Ordered a microwave from this company and received confirmation of a delivery date. I wasted a day waiting for the item which did not arrive. On contacting customer services I was told that the delivery date had been delayed by 5 days. The reason appears to be related to systems and stock control. I was not informed of this and would only have discovered this by calling customer services. Needles to say I've cancelled and re ordered through Amazon with guaranteed next day delivery.
On the plus side customer services were quick to answer cancelled the order straight away.
