WRITE A REVIEW

“Great Water Softener - dead easy to use”

I am pleased with my product but it was repaired a total of 5 times before it was right. Perhaps a Friday afternoon example but nonetheless.
Initially squealed when cycling. Then I got regular salt taste in the water. This was repaired but the squeal returned. This was repaired and then then the rain flow started to continuously drip and also the joint with the pipe leaked into the softener (which cause excessive salt consumption).
It was finally OK and is now approaching 10 years old.
I have read many of the glowing reviews above and knowing some of the marketing games Harvey's play, I would suggest most of the reviews were written by the companies staff and so I am not convinced they are independent or impartial. Beware!
Given the market alternatives, there are much cheaper alternatives - and yes, they waste more water but for a low water usage household that live and sleep standard hours (as opposed to shift workers), I would probably recommend a single cylinder £250 model from a competitor.
