I don't usually review anything but I do check out other reviews online. I spent hours searching for a budget brand review for blonde hair dye and came up with nothing.
I usually go to the salon, but bi-monthly to save costs I nice and easy.
It was at desperation root regrowth stage (all the natural bottle blondes know and hate) but I was still a week and bit away from payday. Money was tight and it would be the difference between sticking to my diet or buying rubbish and dying my hair.
I saw online wilkinson's Mellor & Russell Colour Inspirations + Natural Extra Light Blonde No1 for £1.60.
If it went wrong so be it the diet would have to suffer, but it was worth the shot. I have naturally medium auburn hair. To my surprise this item worked just as well as the nice and easy product three times it's price. My roots are blended well and the product hasn't left my hair feeling any worse than it usually does following a home hair lightener.
The only downsides are the bottle is smaller than usual nice and easy and as I have very thick hair if it had been at it's usual sholder length I would have had to use two bottles. This is something I have to do with nice and easy tho too so if you usually have excess then you should be ok. Also it took a long time to rinse out. Would use it again.
I used my own conditioner, so cannot review the sachet that came with it.
