I am currently doing the customer service level 3 course so there are only a few things that I look for
1 Support from NCC- Which I have found to be excellent
2 Challenging enough to make it worthwhile - Again very good
3 Cost Effective - With payment plans available this can make it very easy to afford.
All in all this has been a very worthwhile experience so far and I will probably do more in the future.
