“oh god where to start... bought a van from Travel...”

oh god where to start...

bought a van from Travel wheels Sydney in kings cross with some friend which was supposed to be just fine the vehicle broke down after 60 kilometers on the highway, when we called the manager he hanged up on us twice on the phone just before he took a woman voice on the phone saying that this was a wrong number (I am absolutely not joking)
so we had to get it towed but it was to late to get back to Sydney on that day so we had to pay a room for the night.

The day after we went back to their office so upset about the fact that we had been robbed...

as soon as they saw us arrive we saw them faces gone white, but still the manager made us wait for an hour before he even started to talk to us, he basically told us that it was our fault and that we had two possibilities:
Accept another van or going to court (which was not an option because all of us had left our works and flats and already started our holidays and didn't have much money to do so...)

So we accepted to take that other vehicle wish was more recent than the previous one with a recently fixed clutch blah blah blah...

so we finally took our trip but then problem started later on around Brisbane where we had to get the van checked to find out that the clutch was dead and had never been changed EVER and so on and so on:
battery fixed with a piece of wood!, dead suspension, registration numberplate was from another brand and model of vehicle..... WTF!!!

the mechanic told us that this was a really dangerous van and that we should totally avoid to try to cross the desert with that car...
Wich means that the people who sold us this vehicle JUST PUTTED OUR LIVES IN GREAT DANGER(at some point of this trip i was about to get a plane to go set they're place on fire i swear)

so we manage to pay for the fixing knowing that we had been totally f****d by those guys and made our way to the rest of the trip trying to make the best out of it anyway.
We finally ended up in cairns where we where supposed to get a buy back from them, but still the manager tried to get less than half the price he was supposed to give back, saying that he didn't even wanted to get that car back.

so we decided to sell that car to some other garage to make sure those b*****d from TRAVEL WHEELS will not make anymore money from that van.

still we managed to have the best road trip ever making the most of it, even if we have been totally robbed by those people who we gave our absolute trust as we tough they where serious and reliable.

Let people know this company is REALLY dangerous
