“ Website wrong re stock and appalling delays with refund”

Part order despatched with customer services stating remainder would be received within 5 days. Incorrect - subsequently told no longer available Waited 15 days for refund. Part order received and returned. Told refund had gone through - wrong it had not. Still waiting.

Unable to speak to a manager. Customer services abysmal and company should not trade online. Avoid at all costs.
