I purchased a Volvo V70 R design from Ravenscroft September last year, I had been looking for this model for some time and Ravenscroft had one available. Their pricing was very realistic and fair, I did not wish to haggle but knew the deal was a good one. I was able to take the car for an extended test drive and all was well. They gave me a decent price on my part ex and after the car was serviced and prepared we collected it. The car is fantastic, a 59 plate with 35k on the clock. We did have a bearing noise develop on one front wheel - we ran the car back to Ravenscroft who arranged for it to go to the local main dealer who under warranty resolved the problem. Overall I have been very pleased with Ravenscroft's sevice and aftersales. I will go back to them when I come to upgrade this vehicle.
