Fraud, is the one word I would personally use to describe their sales tactics.
Non-existent for their Customer "service"
DO NOT BE FOOLED BY THE PRICE.
It seems no guarantee you get what you actually order due to no stock count,
I was shipped an incorrect Stereo/Head unit and had one item missing left several e-mails over the following days, weeks on still no response.
I did after trying several times get through to their sales who told me to ring some 75p/min number to start an RMA process (usually used for faulty goods and comes at the end-users expense!) I phoned back again to talk to someone who gave me a completely different answer to the same question and told me my original item was out of stock and that I had been shipped an "upgrade" without my knowledge. It was very odd how this "upgrade" is currently cheaper although the sales guy happily informed me I actually SAVED (insert bogus figure here).
I am not the only one who has commented on them advertising out of stock items and shipping/offering alternatives and making the returns process a highly stressful, expensive and not to mention SLOW process.
So I gave in now I am stuck with this head-unit I didn't order and a bit of my original order still missing. Still i saved a few pounds right?
