“terrible customer service”

I ran,previously empire stores for 25 years and found them brilliant,k and co took them over and so i continued,the delivery is fast,but the selection is not as good as empire was,and is more expensive.It started where i made a payment a day late,and was charged £12,00,which i thought was high.A few months later i recieved a letter saying another late payment charge had been put on my account,i checked my statement and the payment was not due for another week,i also had a phone call giving me a reminder,and was charged for that.I COMPLAINED AND THE LAST CHARGE WAS DROPPED,found the customer service unhelpfull,and was made to feel it was my finishing the catalogue as i dont feel happy with the service anymore and lack of respect they show to their customers.
