“Non existent customer service”

I recently purchased goods from this company and due to ordering the wrong size, I had to return the items.
After 2 months of trying to get through to them via email and telephone to be reimbursed, I decided just to return the goods with a covering letter and requesting a refund.
Another month later and more unanswered communications, I am still at the same brick wall.
A good company? No
Good customer service? No

Use this company at your peril!
