Having received a renewal quotation, I was suprised to see an increase of over 50% from the previous year - having accrued 2 years No Claims Discount.
Reluctant to renew, I e-mailed to ask them to justify this outragous amount as an existing customer and have had no reply.
I did phone to try to discuss my concerns, but after being passed from pillar to post, with no one person being able to help I was put through to the original introductory message. Exasperated I hung up.
I have sent a further e-mail outlining my concerns but have had no reply to that!
I am definately not dealing with this totally inefficient mob.
Although I have been reassured by one of their operatives that no further money will leave my account I'm not convinced?
Has anybody else not renewed, yet had money taken out of their account?
As a further matter of conern, I had not realised that I had agreed to the Continous Payment Method.
