“Couldn't even order”

Tried to order, but couldn't find a way of ordering without using their £200 credit. Emailed them, my wife took an automated telephone reply which disconnected when she repled that it wasn't her who made the enquiry, have had no reply since. Suspicious about customer service I checked out this web page, and will now definitely not be ordering from them -shame as their products do seem ideal. Suggestion to Jacamo: customer service is what differentiates successful companies from unsuccessful ones in competitive times. Web pages such as this are seriously damaging to your reputation; caring companies respond to such comments and will take action to resolve them. Look what appened to Empire Direct: customer service was a complete muddle and they went out of business.

You MUST sort out your customer service: record phone calls and actively monitor your service. Sack unhelpful staff. Employ mystery shoppers to monitor your services. Do not charge 10p/min for phone calls, it infuriates customers. Sorry guys, too many obstacles to purchase; will not be risking my money with you until you sharpen up our act.
