visum really seem to know their game. they really helped me out of a tricky situation. I needed to evict the tenant i had in my property as they were behind in the rent. They did all the paperwork that was required. I had tried to evict the tenant myself, but there was a small detail in the paperwork that was not correct and it was thrown out of court. I now have a nice tenant in my property. I also took out insurance with visum, so should another problem arrive, everything will be sorted out by them quickly and without no more cost from me. I just wish i would have used this company 18months ago. would definatly recommend to anyone.
