“no confirmation, no receipt”

At least my tickets were real, but I never received confirmation and had to confirm through the airline. I needed a receipt in order to get reimbursed for the flight and after a long exchange with the customer service department (which appears to be some guy who doesn't capitalize first words of sentences or use punctuation) they basically admitted that they don't know how to do that. Half the links on their website that are supposed to lead to more information are hollow links or lead back to the main page. Soon after ordering through them my phone started getting spammed.
