“Get better staff!!!!!”

This branch has been opened a week and we have been in twice. The building is great and very tasteful inside. The problem is the staff, so many just walking about and no one doing anything. Tables need clearing, waiting so long for anyone to come to sit people. Waiting 20 minutes for ours drinks and 40 minutes for the food. Arrived there at 12.30pm for lunch and was told "sold out" of 5 items from the menu. Waited 20 minutes for the bill. PLEASE TRAIN THESE STAFF every one was moaning and walking out, some without paying. We go to Torquay Belgrave once a week and its very different. We will go back to Newton but only when staff know what they are doing.
