I purchase a Nintendo DS "Indiana Jones 2" on 2nd Nov 2011.
I had to chase them 2 weeks later as no item had arrived.
No reply from them but eventually the game arrived which I gave to one of my Grandsons for Christmas.
The game could be played but not saved. Obviously a foreign copy that did not work properly.
I sent a complaint email on 27th December 2011.
I sent a second complaint email on 3rd January 2012
I sent a complaint though their contact us on our account on 6th January 2012
I sent another complaint through their contact us on 12th January 2012
I sent yet another complaint through their contact us on 17th January 2012
I have just sent another complaint today 23rd January 2012.
STILL NO REPLY.
Very poor company with no obvious sign of any staff monitoring replies or answering them.
Is this a company worthy of being notified to a famous BBC program to warn others?????
