Hi,
I have been doing PP on the new weight watchers plan and did really well in the beginning but now it has ground to a holt and I have even put on whcih I dont understand why as I stick to it properly. Can someone please explain to me how without weighing and eating as much as you want you can lose weight. I have tried Slimming world before and couldnt understand it and loss very little weight.
Any help you can give would be a great help.
