“Terrible customer service”

The goods when finally received were fine but the customer service was terrible. When I chased delivery I was initially told they would arrive within 10 days. They didnt so I sent a follow up e mail that was ignored and then another e mail saying I didnt want to to have to deal through my credit card company and would appreciate a response. What followed was a rude aggressive and unprofessional reply that said I had accused them of stealing my money and that mentioning my credit card company was a threat!!! Can only assume this is a one man band cus frankly if this was and employee and not a business owner they would be sacked. Yes it was that bad. AVOID
