“Failed delivery, contradictory emails, extremely poor...”

I ordered 3 dresses on 27th Dec and got confirmation email the next day saying they would arrive in 5-7 working days. 8 days later still no delivery email so emailed as no calls being accepted. I got an email back saying it was on its way. 3 days later still nothing. I emailed again asking for it to be sent next day delivery as friends had travelled to try them on. Still no response. Email from Coast following week saying they had refunded me as not acceptable service and a 10% discount code. I responded that I didn't want a refund just the dresses. I then got an email asking me to rate my order, followed by one saying my order was on its way, finally followed by one saying that they had already refunded me and I should order again via the site and use the discount!!

Guess what? no refund, no dresses, no coherent response, no sense and one very angry customer who will never use Coast again and will advise others of the same. I wish I'd read these reviews beforehand, would have made me think twice. Not I would have expected from Coast
