I ordered my 2 tops (on sale from £30 to £15 each) on 11th Jan and recieved them this morning (which is quite good!) but to my surprise I only recieved one out of the 2 tops, and on the dispatch note one was listed as being "cancelled".
I called straight away and was told "I'm sorry I don't know what's happened here.." and was told the only thing I could do was reorder as they hadn't charged me for that one.
However on the site the size i ordered is now out of stock, so I ordered the larger size. I asked for free delivery which they said they would refund after they had taken the money for the new order.
Fingers crossed everything will be okay, but I can't help thinking I should have asked for some kind of voucher for the inconvenience of having to order again and in a different size :s
