Still waiting for a refund from Broadway Travel almost 2 years after Kiss Flights went bust. Im guessing judjing by the fact that many people have had refunds from other travel agents that for some reason someone is with holding OUR money.
Cant quite believe the "bargain deals" e-mails we are still recieving from this company despite the fact they still owe us almost £1000.
I do not have a possitive word to say about this company, ATOL protected means nothing!BE WARNED, i will never use them again and certainly not recomend them to anyone i know! Shocking so called service!
