I lost 2 stone 2 years ago and some of it has gradually crept back on but only because I stopped going to the my group and sticking to the plan. I'm now having to lose 101bs, but cheerily, because I know it will work and that I will thoroughly enjoy the food. Also, I think that eating so much fruit and veg gives you lots of energy, so makes the whole process easier and makes you feel more in control. I never thought I would do a diet plan, but I think it's great. Very very supportive too. No guilt.
My only criticism is having a winner each week who has lost the most weight - I thought they would be encouraging steady weight loss instead.
