They like to tell you what you want to here until you pay them.

Bad Points
Customer services. Put the phone down on you when you have a complaint. They will not listen to your complaint.

General Comments
I booked a holiday with one of there home workers, we agreed a price for a package and paid a deposit. When the confirmation turned up five days later, he had booked us a completely different package with a lower grade accomodation and no car hire. Upon a complaint to his head office FUTURE TRAVEL they did nothing. No recording of the initial call, say no more.
