“Very unhappy customer”

I will not be using Borngifted again, and will not be referring to my friends or family.
I have recently purchased a christening gift for my goddaughter to be, with the christening shortly. I have had one email to say my order has been placed, however I am unable to see any information to explain where my item is, or any dispatch details, I have therefore emailed borngifted for this information, and have had no reply, I have emailed again, and suprise suprise, no email.
I then call the number (01329848222) provided on the website, and what do I get?... 'number unobtainable' !
I would appreciate a call back, my number is on my account, and so is my email address, but dont worry I wont hold my breath.
