Good Points
Makes hair soft when you first put it on. Nice Smell.

Bad Points
Hair dries frizzy and coarse. It dries out hair.

General Comments
Someone recommended the Redken Smooth Down line to me, and I use the shampoo, conditioner and the butter treat. I don't like any of them. My hair dries frizzy and coarse, which it usually doesn't, and didn't before I started using these products.
