“Useless automatons answer phone, and takes forever”

It is taking almost a month for my money to reach China. I spoke to 6-7 different people. Some of them were completely misinformed. Some of them just spouted off exactly what I got on my e-mail - they were just automatons.

I cannot believe that this organization that touts itself as "business solutions" could ever do business.

If you want your money to never reach where you want it to go, you should try Western Union Business Solutions.

I will NEVER use this organization again.
