“Paid for goods but.....No goods received!”

29th October place an order for a globe decanter for my Dad's birthday on the 4th November. Realised it could take up to 10 days for delivery which was fine.

After 10 days, no delivery! Emailed them and was advised it was out of stock but stock would be replenished in a week and then sent. At the time of ordering their website did not state it was out of stock, otherwise I would not have ordered it!

Emailed them again and was advised it was dispatched and would take up to 10 days for delivery. After 10 days, still no goods!

Emailed AGAIN and was told there was an error but would get another one sent and would take up to 10 days!

All they do is apologise which at first was acceptable but now I'm fed up with it. It is now the 12th December, my dad is due back to sea and will be away for Xmas & New Year! At this rate it will be his birthday presant for next year!

No compensation has been offered or to send goods recorded at their cost!
