Avoid this bank by all means!!!!!

I've been trying to get the secured credit card for 3 months, emailing them papers back and forth. They kept requesting information little by little for three MONTHS!!!!!! and after I receive the card they closed my account!!!!! saying we are sorry we had to close it for security purpose and they will send me my deposit back ! After waiting all this time I get this... I haven't even used it, WASTE OF TIME!!!!!!!!!
