“I hate Jacquie Lawson”

I am so frustrated at Jacquie Lawson, they will not refund my money for the advent calendar which they claim is easy to download, but which is actually IMPOSSIBLE to download. I have sent many emails and only get stupid automated replies. Terrible, terrible. I hate this company!
