“Not what I expected from COAST”

I ordered a dress using the reserve and collect. I was advised the dress was ready for me to collect. I drove the 40 minutes to the shop only to find out that they didn't have the dress and never actually had it in stock. As I still wanted the dress I ordered online. It was out of stock online but I was advised it was available in one of their shops. The dress was apparently posted over a week ago, my account has been debited, but still no sign of the dress which I need for tomorrow. I have tried to call them, but as they are so busy they will not take calls and will only respond to emails, which surprise surprise they don't!!!!!!
I now have to go out shopping to hopefully find another dress which I will have to pay for and return the Coast dress if it ever turns up.
TERRIBLE SERVICE. I don't think I will use them again.
