We booked in April 2011 for three weeks at a cost of £118.00. The day of our journey we were rerouted by Emirates to Heathrow from Gatwick and had to cancel the booking. We had anticipated some cancellation fee however we were advised we would receive a full refund which was great.
However 8 months in and 5 or 6 phone calls and numerous e mails has resulted in us getting no refund in fact not even the courtesy of a single call back or even an e mail to suugest we are not going to be refunded.
At worst in any business do what you say and also feedback is key to any business success, the lack of feedback has been both appalling and dissapointing.
