“Dont ever buy from this company!”

My partner bought a bed from this company and from the word go it all went wrong. We asked for a specfic delivery date so that one of us could be there, it arived the next day and no one was home. When we came to build it we only had 3 legs and no slate holders. My partner rang them and told them what we needed to be sent and all seemed fine and said they would send us the parts, a week later they finaly turn up and they have sent the wrong parts so again my partner rings and asks for the right pieces to be sent this time a slightly more heated conversation as by this time we had been sleeping on the floor for over a week. They promise to get us the right parts in 48hrs, the parts show up and AGAIN they have sent the wrong parts!! By this time my partner is having kittens and rings again and tells them they have till friday at 5pm to get us the parts...... Well we still have no parts and its now saturday when we call them they tell us its down to fedex so we call them and they cant find our parcel!!!! So we have been told we have to wait till monday to speak to the lady we have been dealing with..... Totaly disgusting customer service.

To top it off we have ben trying to build this bed for nearly 3 weeks now and having to sleep on the floor while 8 months pregnant because of this companys incompatance is absolutely disgusting, they have caused me and my partner nothing but stress over the past 3 weeks and stress is not what we need right now.

I would never recommend this company to anyone and how they still have a business if this is how the operate is beyond me.
