Bad Points
Shut down last week with no warning, took everyone's money and their data.

General Comments
Had to rebuild the site on another host. Lost our calendar. Don't answer email obviously. Hope the a-holes contract something. Even a piece of trash could have the decency to send an email warning to back everything up in the next 12 hours with no reason, but no. Just took the money and ran.
