“How did it get a licence?”

Firstly, I have been riding for 40 years and have seen a lot of riding schools, this was a holiday treat. The access is terrible, down a narrow lane with no parking. We had to park about 1/4 mile away in the town. When we got in there were 2 very large bull terrier dogs running loose and frightened both my children and me, there were no signs up warning of this. We couldn't find anyone to advise we had arrived (although the yard was filled with 'helpers' running around giggling. When We finally started the lesson, the young lady teaching us looked as if she has just stumbled in from a night out, she was rude and clearly couldn't be bothered. I asked to speak to the owner at the end to complain but was told she wasn't around and our lesson was over. Not a good experience!
