“Miss sold a flight”

Booked two Business Class flights to Lagos Nigeria, paid a £100 deposit on visa and was asked to pay ballance by bank transfer
E-ticked arrived with no ref to Class
When I phoned BA to confirm flights I was told the class booked was econnomy
Contacted Flights and Fly, staff were very rude, called me a liar and refused to give me a refund.
Only solution they offered was to pay a further £3600!!!
Advise, stay well clear, trading standards should shut them down
