This was my first (and possibly only) experience of buying goods from you. After having ordered the products online, I myself spent several days chasing the order and was told various things by various people, namely that the items should have been despatched and this would be done as soon as possible.

I was given tracking information details for the wrong courier company which meant that I wasted my own time and then had to phone customer services to be given the correct information.

After monitoring the situation closely, no changes had been made to the order's progress several days later.

I was even advised that I might even be expected to pay extra on top of what I had already paid due to one of the items being too bulky to manage.
