Good Points
Pretty smooth for a blend, probably the best scotch blend I've had, but that is not saying much from my experiences, I've had Ballantine's and McIvor also. Irish blends are much better. Pick one.
Bad Points
Harsh nose is evident, ketchup smell in nose also. Grain Whisky detracts from the smooth sweet taste of the single malts.
General Comments
Cut with water the harsh smell and taste dissappears. Overall a good whisky, but for the money I'd go for the Speyburn single malt, which is smokey, honey sweet, and smooth compared to the famous grouse, and only a few dollars more in most places.
