By their own admissions their service was 'appalling'. We ended up in the Indian High Commission on a Friday night with thier service manager. ......but we still did not get our visa's so had to cancel our trip as we were due to fly the next day! Yes, they admitted liability and refunded our holiday cost but it still left a very nasty taste in my mouth. This time we used Visa Genie! Worth every penny and visa back in 8 days!
