Business trip. Horrible experience and old run down planes. It took me over 15 hours on the phone to get a flight re-booked as outgoing flight was missed due to the incredible wait of 1 hour to get checked in and their online check in was down and their kiosks had problems and their overall system had issues. At least 6 other people in customer service line had also missed the same flight and there was probably more. And...had to pay change fee of over $300.00 for the return change. unbelievable and sent to counter several times with misinformation from US Airways on the phone. Just awful!! on top of that the planes were rickety and out of date. I will never fly US Airways again!!! Rude agents and constantly misinformed and pushed from one person to the next who all said contradicting statements. It took three days to get the return flight booked. Awful!!!!!!! Beware!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
