“I can think of very little to say against Slimming...”

Good Points
A wonderfully fulfilling diet. Nothing faddy about it whatsoever, a normal and healthy way to eat to maintain health and weight.

Bad Points
Can't think of anything bad about this diet.

General Comments
I can think of very little to say against Slimming World diet. I have been on diets since i was a child and this is the most effective diet i have ever tried without it feeling like it was restricting me. Not only do you have an enormous amount of food to choose from, there is the permission to eat like a pig with absolutely no feelings of guilt. This is the perfect diet for anyone who, if like me have a large appetite, and need to EAT to lose weight. Wonderful. I am a smaller version of me because of the genius of this diet. Thank you for all your help slimming world.
