“Great novel portrays human character as basically...”

This is a great novel that surreptitiously portrays human characters as being basically nasty, excessively ambitious betraying, and self-centered. The book makes Danny Boy show us what we really are. The human specie might mask its core obnoxious side with religion, philosophy, external piety, and the concept of holiness but we never really get far away from the blasting sperm which did in hundreds of millions of others before snugly finding the comfort zone in the female stomach.

Danny Boy grasses his own dad to gain the reputation of a future potential FACE. He then goes all out to establish himself as a person with no boundaries when his ambition is concerned. HE betrays Louie, his foundational benefactor, eliminates all human obstacles, becomes the MAJOR FACE of London's crime world, and went on and on until the people he never knew could say ENOUGH paid him back with his own coin.
Danny Boy personifies the establishment of an empire, such as Roman which obliterates all geographical and human obstacles until its friends, such as the Visigoths and Huns
say, ALL IS OVER. I enjoyed the book because it showed me what I had always suspected was the REAL MAN .
