“Poor quality uncomfortable sofas”

Bought the large corner Nantucket corner sofa. Has to be the most uncomfortable sofa ever. No support in the cushions & they go flat as a pancake. So bad it has given us back problems. Raised this with M&S & they weren’t interested & told me to regularly pump up the settee cushions & turn them around. Due to poor quality & would never buy or recommend a M&S sofa.
