Hey guys just recieved this today as Ive seriously over-plucked my eyebrows and it says it helps fast re-growth etc.
It says I have to remove all make up, apply every night to clean brows from root to tip. Do not wash off (der) This treatment serum can also be applied to brows in the morning as an invisible brow-setting gel to nourish and define brows.

Price was £19 and PnP was £2.75. So fingers crossed it works :)
I havent given it a rating yet as i've only just bought it and I cant tell you if its good value for money, but watch this space as I will be updating :)
