“Terrible Service and Rude Staff”

Terrible Service, We were a regular customer here when it first opened and thought it was quite a nice place, but as usual like with many restaurants it didn't take long for cracks to appear, and the final straw came when we visited on Fathers day this year 2011, we had shocking service, we were shown to our tables by a waitress who basically threw the menu's on the table and just walked off, and when we enquired about children's activity packs, they said we don't do those (although our children had always had these when we visited before) the food orders took between 45mins - 1 hour between courses and when we asked about our order the waitress just shrugged, and the restaurant wasn't even half full, but the real clincher came when we queried our bill as we had been overcharged for kids meals, the waitress didn't want to know and basically argued with us and wouldn't give us back the correct change. We did write to the company and to be far the manager rang me and apologies profusely and admitted they had a staffing problem that day, he also said we will give you a free meal on the house which he would put in writing for us, needless to say this never materialized and we never heard from them again, so bad customer service all round. Avoid at all costs there are much better pizza restaurants around Oxford
