“Useless, unreliable, dishonest”

Avoid this useless, unreliable company.
Ordered some flowers for Mother's Day on 16 March, 3 days in advance of the day. They stated the flowers would be delivered on the 19 March. They also claimed the delivery could be tracked as part of their £5.99 delivery fee. The reality is that there is no way of tracking the delivery.
The flowers didn't arrive on the 19 March. Tried to contact them and also sent emails but never had a response. The flowers finally arrived on the 21 March, which was useless. They didn't look like the ones advertised or have the balloon that was part of the offer. The flowers were also poor quality and were not fresh. I could have got a better quality bouquet from Tesco for £5.
Still waiting for a response from them as I guess are hundreds of other disappointed customers. Avoid them at all costs.
