“disgraceful customer services”

I have had nothing but payment problems with Santander, Debenhams Store Card. I was told to make a payment on a particular day with my card on the phone and was charged a late payment fee, for the money to clear. When I called up to talk to a manager, the man on the phone said, "Put a manager on the phone, Or What?"!
I wish I had read the reviews before taking out this store card, it has been nothing but hassel.
From what I understand Debenhams has very little to do with Santander store card, and when getting Debenhams customer services involved Santander services were continuously hanging up on them, whilst trying to help me.
