“A Day to Remember”

written by Bruv on 23/02/2023

A few years ago I as staying in Carterton and decided to see the sights in Wellington.First stop was Te Papa Tongarewa Museum, then the Cable Car at Lambton Quay, then on to the Zoo.Ifound the usual Kiwi friendliness from every one ,staff and other visitors and a sense of feel good where ever I went. Theres lots to see, many of the animals I saw for the first time, including a little gang of monkeys that were running free which added to the fun,the weather was lovely which made it more enjoyable.I'v visited many Zoo,s and this one was probably the most enjoyable, lots to see and do for all ages,a good varied selection of all kinds of wild life which made it a learning experience as well,i would recommend this as a must see for anyone visiting The Capitol, enjoy.
