AVOID HOLIDAY AUTOS LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!
I booked my holiday hire car as I always routinely do every year. Specifying the date and time required through the App. On arrival at the airport I find the Hire Company Office closed, keeping in mind the time was 17:00 (late afternoon). I contacted both Holiday Autos and Sixt Car Hire only to be told that there was nothing that could be done. He
This left me with no other option than to book another Hire Car with Hertz Car Hire leaving me an out of pocket expense of €706.56.
I’ve since spoken to Holiday Autos who refuse to give me a refund on my original Hire Car Purchase even though I never received the Hire Car.
I strongly advise anyone thinking about hiring a car when going on holiday to go directly to the hire company to avoid being left without a Hire Car at an airport miles from nowhere.
Avoid Holiday Autos like the plague!!!!!?????
