Where do i start? absolutely shocking company. For a start I paid £6 for \"Next Day Delivery\" - 3 days later and i'm still waiting. It seems between them and Yodel they have lost my parcel. Sports Direct say Yodel have picked it up and it's their fault, Yodel say they haven't received it and it's Sports Directs fault!?! Complete and utter joke. Customer service are as useful as an ash tray on a motorbike. They have given me 7, yes 7, different tracking numbers - none of which work. They fail to respond to e-mails, it takes forever to speak to someone and when you finally get through all you get is some absolute idiot who hasn't got a clue what they are talking about. \"Your parcel has been delivered sir\" errrrrrrrrrmmmm it most definitely hasn't you plantpot. Not one single apology. I would rather drink acid or have all my limbs removed than deal with them again. If you actually want the items you paid for, Sports Direct are not the way to go. How can every other company get it right but they manage to completely mess up even the smallest, easiest things?! Making a delivery should not be a difficult task but they make it harder than solving the conflict in the middle east. Just do not buy from this company. No matter how tempted you are, don't.
PLEASE, I BEG, AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS. Their stuff may be cheap but what good is that if you don't actually receive it? Bunch of idiots.
